Mk2 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing or using the mk2 platform through our website, mobile app, or any other digital channel we provide, you agree to be fully bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the mk2 platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mk2 as the platform provider. You are deemed to have accepted these terms when you:

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on mk2. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. mk2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Keeping your password and account login details confidential
  • All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or anyone else
  • Notifying mk2 promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account
  • Keeping your personal information up to date and accurate

Mk2 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their account information.

Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct

Use of the mk2 platform must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Users are prohibited from using this platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:

  • Use of automated software or methods to access or exploit the platform
  • Attempting to manipulate the payment system, games, or promotions
  • Using another person's account without authorisation
  • Abusing bonuses or promotions through dishonest means
  • Identity fraud or impersonating another user
  • Any action that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or other users

Mk2 reserves the right to pursue legal action against any user found to be in breach of these terms, including reporting them to the relevant authorities.

Payments, Transactions & Currency

All financial transactions on the mk2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). mk2 supports a range of local deposit and withdrawal methods, including e-wallets popular among Malaysian users.

Important information regarding financial transactions:

  • Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method
  • Withdrawals can only be processed to an account registered under the same name as the mk2 account
  • Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or upon reaching certain transaction thresholds
  • Deposit processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method — most deposits are credited within minutes
  • Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the method used
  • Mk2 is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions

Any transaction suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the account in question may be suspended while the investigation is ongoing.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

Mk2 Liability Limits

Mk2 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, system downtime, or unforeseen changes.

The mk2 platform is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors at all times. We strive to maintain a high standard of service but cannot guarantee 100% availability.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mk2 platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, software code, and game materials — is the exclusive property of mk2 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent.

Account Suspension and Closure

Mk2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of a competent authority. Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation. For serious violations, mk2 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance at our discretion.

Third-Party Links

The mk2 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. mk2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Mk2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
